Qualifications

• 4+ years HR controlling or compliance in an international environment, retail preferred.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (written and verbal).
• Experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in retail.
• Deep understanding of retail operations and HR challenges in the sector.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver expert advice in compliance, compensation and HR analytics.
• Ensure local pay and benefits legislation is followed across regions.
• Lead HRIS implementations and data reporting efforts.
• Oversee audits of HR processes including hiring and termination.
