LIGANOVA . The BrandRetail Company in Amsterdam is seeking a Design Manager (all genders) with a strong technical backbone to bridge creative vision and feasible production for high-end retail projects.

This on-site role requires regular office presence in Amsterdam. You will translate briefs into retail campaigns and window installations, craft high-quality renders and precise technical drawings (CAD/Rhino), drive material selection, and define scalable construction standards.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in 3D, retail, or exhibition design.
Prototyping and technical production knowledge.
Deep knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods with production awareness.

Responsibilities

Translate creative briefings into retail campaigns and window installations.
Create high-quality renders, precise technical drawings (CAD/Rhino) and production-ready documents within budget and timelines.
Drive material selection (wood, metal, sustainable options) and define feasible, scalable construction standards.
Act as quality control for production sheets and prototypes, providing technical guidance to production partners and internal prototyping.
Work closely with Project Management, Production, and clients to ensure a smooth workflow from design to set-up.
Visit locations to check technical possibilities and oversee installations of window displays and in-store activations across Europe.
