Job summary

NIKE, Inc. in the Netherlands seeks a Coach to deliver exceptional consumer service and premium brand experience on the sales floor. You will lead a department, coach the team, and coordinate daily business to meet sales and digital service targets.

You will work with store leadership to hire, onboard, and schedule staff, while promoting NIKE culture and standards across all activities and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Advanced customer service skills with demonstrated ability in leading a shop floor (or department) team in creating a unique customer experience.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering exceptional consumer service and premium brand experience.
• Coordinate, coach, and motivate department employees to achieve sales targets including digital services and promotions.
• Partner with store leadership to solve problems and ensure NIKE standards are met.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and store scheduling in collaboration with leadership.
