Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Effective communicator and brand ambassador.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of NIKE products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Operate cash register and manage incoming/outgoing goods.
• Refill products on shop floor and build visual displays.
• Create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform customers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with sales trends, NIKE products, services and culture.
