Job summary
ING's Regional Restructuring Unit Netherlands (RRU NL) is seeking a Restructuring & Recovery Specialist. You will manage a client portfolio, lead complex restructuring and recovery processes, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions.
You will report on loan loss provisioning under regulatory frameworks and contribute to innovation by leveraging AI and digital tools. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to shape the bank's recovery
Qualifications
- Up to five years of experience in lending processes, including deal negotiation and direct client contact.
- Strong analytical skills with sound judgement and creative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across different stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead restructuring and recovery processes for a client portfolio.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions.
- Advise on loan loss provisioning in line with regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to AI/digital tool adoption to improve analyses and documentation.
