You will focus on optimizing accounting processes, guiding a new system environment, and ensuring auditable controls within IFRS and regulatory domains, reporting to the Teamlead Group Functions. You will collaborate with specialists across Sustainable Finance Disclosures, Payroll and Rebilling, analyze current methods and implement measurable improvements while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• MBA/Accounting/Controlling degree; Chartered Accountant/Controller is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, processes and standards.
• Extensive understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial industry.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide the new system environment implementation and drive improvements.
• Propose actionable solutions to optimize monthly closing.
• Ensure controls are performed with auditable evidence.
