Job summary

OrderYOYO is seeking a confident Onboarding Associate to drive restaurant activation and ongoing success across Europe. You will focus on onboarding partners, analysing data for optimisations, and encouraging growth through upsell opportunities.

You will conduct outbound calls to ensure quality service, support partner activation, and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners across the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive customer success and account growth.
• Strong analytical skills to review partner data and identify optimisations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple restaurant partners.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners from signup to live activation.
• Conduct outbound calls to ensure ongoing customer success and engagement.
• Analyse partner data to identify upsell opportunities and optimisation points.
• Reach out to partners post-60 days to support commercial growth.
• Manage restaurant profiles, including menu digitisation and app updates, within set timeframes.
