Job summary

OrderYOYO A/S is seeking an Onboarding Associate to onboard restaurant partners and drive customer success from Amsterdam. The role emphasizes analytics, partner outreach after 60 days, and collaboration to spur commercial growth within partner restaurants.

The position covers onboarding from sign-up to live status, proactive outbound calls, and detailed restaurant profile activation, including digitising menus and updating apps. Expected hours are 9am-5.30pm, with uncapped bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to restaurants to ensure customer success.
• Analyze restaurant partner data to identify optimization points and upsell opportunities.
• Reach out to partners to ensure quality service and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in onboarding restaurants from signup to live and manage their 60-day period.
