McFly & Brown in Rotterdam seeks a pharmacist with GDP/regulatory leadership to act as Responsible Person for the Netherlands. You will combine team management with safeguarding product quality across distribution, supply chain, and external partners.

You bring a university degree in Pharmacy and RP experience, plus fluency in Dutch and English. You will lead the QA agenda, drive CAPA, recalls, audits, and regulatory interactions with authorities in a dynamic consumer healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with GDP-regulated QA experience.
• Experience as RP or Deputy RP is required.
• People management capability and stakeholder influence.
• Strong knowledge of Benelux regulatory framework.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Are you a pharmacist with people management experience and a strong background in GDP and Responsible Person responsibilities? Join an international consumer healthcare organisation where your decisions help safeguard the quality of everyday healthcare products. You will combine team leadership with responsibility for quality. Based in Rotterdam, you will act as Responsible Person for the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities

You lead the quality agenda, develop your team and keep distribution activities compliant.

• Act as Responsible Person for the Netherlands.
• Oversee quality across distribution, supply chain activities and external partners.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
• Lead deviations, CAPA, recalls and audits, ensuring inspection readiness and acting as a contact for competent authorities.
• Coach and develop your team, strengthening quality awareness and ownership throughout the organisation.

This international organisation develops and supplies consumer healthcare products, including non-prescription medicines, medical devices and health and personal care products. Its Dutch organisation consists of approximately 65 employees, combining international expertise with local autonomy.

Your profile

• A completed university degree in Pharmacy; you are a qualified pharmacist.
• Proven QA experience in a GDP-regulated environment, including RP or Deputy RP experience.
• People management experience and the ability to coach colleagues and influence senior stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of the Benelux regulatory framework and a practical, risk-based approach.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• An advantage: proficiency in French.
