Springer Nature is seeking a Research Integrity Content Coordinator in Dordrecht. The role focuses on creating and updating online training resources for Editors, Reviewers, and Authors, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Collaboration with training and editorial teams is essential to raise awareness of research integrity and improve course quality. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience, familiarity with Articulate 360 and Canva, and strong writing and communications skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate 360) and Canva; CMS experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to craft engaging content.
• Strong writing and language skills with attention to detail.
• Solution-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-organized with strong prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training manager and stakeholders to develop resources and input into new courses.
• Upload revised and new courses to LMS, test, and release; communicate with teams.
• Review existing research integrity courses and update for content, accessibility, and DEI.
• Increase visibility of training content with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use data analytics to prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Work with Marketing and Editorial Engagement teams to feature content in campaigns and events.
