Job summary

Genmab is seeking an enthusiastic Associate for the Logistics & Release team in the Netherlands. You will manage CMC inventory, distribute materials to development groups, and ensure quality release documentation (CoA) for critical materials.

You will collaborate across teams, document QC results, and support timely batch release while aligning with predefined specifications and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HLO (Bachelor’s) degree or equivalent, and industry related (internship) experience is an advantage.
• Experience with working in a laboratory according to established procedures.
• Motivated by delivering high quality output and used to working according to a quality system.
• Able to work with tight deadlines and capable of running several requests in parallel and adjust priorities appropriately.
• Background in quality control (QC), logistics and proficiency with logistics software and supply chain management is a strong plus.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive, flexible with changing priorities and unexpected workloads, service-oriented attitude.
• You must already be based in the Netherlands at the time of application.

• Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate records and process and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve logistics issues and quality concerns swiftly and effectively.

The Role

The Logistics & Release team within the CMC PD Operations department is responsible for the release and storage of high-quality critical materials to enable the development of therapeutic antibody candidates. The team oversees the planning for purification and Quality Control (QC) analyses within the CMC PD Development Materials pillar, assures release of critical materials are conducted according to agreed methods, specifications and timelines and assures correct and safe storage of protein batches.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate to join our Logistics & Release team. With the team, you manage the CMC inventory and distribute materials to the development groups in Genmab. In addition, you will be responsible for the quality (QC) and release of our critical materials according to predefined batch release specifications and will document the QC results in Certificate of Analysis (CoA). With good teamwork and clear communication, you will be part of one of the department's key teams supporting the development of therapeutic knock-your-socks-off antibodies.

The proposed gross annual/monthly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:

EUR38.760,00---58.140,00

The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
