The Logistics & Release team within the CMC PD Operations department is responsible for the release and storage of high-quality critical materials to enable the development of therapeutic antibody candidates. The team oversees the planning for purification and Quality Control (QC) analyses within the CMC PD Development Materials pillar, assures release of critical materials are conducted according to agreed methods, specifications and timelines and assures correct and safe storage of protein batches.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate to join our Logistics & Release team. With the team, you manage the CMC inventory and distribute materials to the development groups in Genmab. In addition, you will be responsible for the quality (QC) and release of our critical materials according to predefined batch release specifications and will document the QC results in Certificate of Analysis (CoA). With good teamwork and clear communication, you will be part of one of the department's key teams supporting the development of therapeutic knock-your-socks-off antibodies.

The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
