Job summary

Flex Mirror Controls international (MCi), a Flex company, seeks a dedicated Requirement Administrator to manage system, mechanical, hardware and software requirements for precision actuators in Woerden, NL. You will coordinate with Sales, Quality and Operations to ensure robust documentation and mass production readiness.

Key tasks include gathering customer requirements, maintaining requirement databases, and aligning specifications with validation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining engineering requirements and documentation.
• Knowledge of or experience with Automotive standards and the Automotive quality system is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and embedded software would be an advantage.
• Experience with Requirement Management System like Polarion, Doors, etc.
• Innovative and analytical thinking, a communicative & persistent Team player.
• English in word and writing, additional foreign languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer product- and customer specifications in MCi processes and tools.
• Gather and administer system, mechanical, hardware and software requirements from the customer.
• Maintain the requirement management databases and ensure tool processes are followed.
• Prepare connections between customer requirements and product specifications.
• Assist in defining and linking validation activities with the requirements management processes.

Job Summary

Mirror Controls international (MCi), a Flex company, is the global market leader in mirror glass and power-folding actuators. Currently MCi is expanding its product portfolio to other Automotive actuation solutions such as Active Aerodynamics & Motor cooling management.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Requirement Administrator ideally located in Woerden, Netherlands.

Reporting to the Manager System Engineering, the Requirement Administrator role will be responsible for administrating of system mechanical, hardware and software requirements of all stakeholders related to precision mechanical actuators that are suitable for mass production. The Requirement Administrator will be in charge of organizing and providing maximum product support for Sales, Quality and Operations.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for the administration of product- and customer specifications in the MCi processes and tools;
• Assist the Product, Electronic and Software Engineer on the gathering and administration of the applicable system, mechanical, hardware and software requirements from the customer of the end product;
• Maintain the database in the requirement management tool(s);
• Assure the processes in the requirement management tool are followed;
• Prepare the connections between customer and other stakeholder requirements to the product and component specifications;
• Assist the Validation Engineer in defining the connections with the validation activities. Analyse, develop and maintain Requirement Management tool(s)/processes.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
