Grafton Capital Advisory in the Netherlands is seeking a Reporting Analyst to produce timely monthly variance reports. You will load actuals, map them to budget lines, and explain variances using invoices, payroll and banking data. The role is fully remote within the Netherlands.
The position involves maintaining consistent report layouts, tracking forecast updates, and leveraging tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and basic SQL to enhance insights for finance teams.
Each month a business owner wants to know where the actual figures departed from the budget, and by how much. We are adding a Reporting Analyst in the Netherlands so those reports are ready early in the Denver working day, which starts eight hours after yours. This is a full-time position, remote from anywhere in the Netherlands.
The package includes 25 paid vacation days on top of Dutch public holidays, the statutory 8% holiday allowance, a pension plan with an employer contribution, and a monthly allowance for working from home. Each year there is a budget for finance courses and exams, and you receive a laptop and home office equipment.
Grafton Capital Advisory works on operating budgets, forecast updates and the reports that explain differences from the budget. We do not lend or manage investments; our work is financial preparation and analysis, from an office in Denver.
