Qualifications

• Education MBO level 2-4 year experience in similar function.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Excel and ERP systems (SAP).

• Pro-active, quality driven and a team player with social and communicative skills.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of English (oral and written).
• Experience with Continuous Improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Quote, process and monitor repair orders and related data.
• Prepare and distribute KPI reports and other admin tasks.
• Assist Order Processing Officer and Inside Sales with sales activity for spares and orders.
• Ensure correct and complete repair information and timely escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, Trade compliance and Product Engineering.
• Participate in continuous improvement of repair and order fulfilment processes.
