Accenture is seeking a Workday Core HCM Lead to guide global clients through end-to-end HCM transformations, delivering cloud-based HR solutions that accelerate value realization.

You will collaborate with clients, manage workstreams, and lead diverse teams across advisory, technology, and operations. The role includes workshops, strategy discussions, and ongoing learning opportunities within a global network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple End-to-End Workday HCM projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience with Workday HCM or relevant on-premise/cloud platforms.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Workday Core HCM projects, from requirements to deployment.
• Host workshops and drive discussions with clients on Workday topics.
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress.
• Collaborate with clients and Accenture Workday teams to exceed expectations.
• Support innovation through new industry-leading methods and assets.
