Job summary

Clutch Canada is looking for a skilled developer to lead the design and development of Windows desktop applications in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in Windows application development with strong skills in C#, XAML, and a focus on accessibility. You will shape the future of our Windows product, engage with cross-functional teams, and define architecture while making a significant impact on user experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture and interop between managed and native code.
• Proven track record of building production-quality desktop applications focused on performance and maintainability.
• Experience leading technical design and mentoring other engineers.
• Strong communication skills and user-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of native Windows desktop applications.
• Define best practices for Windows desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts ensuring UI controls for users with disabilities.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle of features from conception to maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs and performance issues.
