Job summary

Monks in the Netherlands is seeking a Sound Designer to lead the sonic branding for a major LATAM client. You will oversee high-priority campaigns, deliver final mixes, and ensure consistency across all deliverables.

You will collaborate with the Argentina sound team, record remotely with talent using Session Link Pro, and curate bespoke music/SFX while exploring AI-assisted workflows. Fluency in English required; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in audio post-production (lead the audio process from spotting to export).
• Mastery of Pro Tools and industry-standard plugins (iZotope, FabFilter, Sound Toys, etc.).
• Experience with Session Link Pro or similar tools to lead remote recording sessions.
• A strong portfolio showing storytelling through sound.
• Familiarity with modern workflows and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Excellent English skills; you’ll be the face of sound to the client and the Argentina team.

Responsibilities

• Client Stewardship: lead the sound design and mixer for the flagship account and maintain their sonic brand across deliverables.
• Remote Recording: connect and record with voice talent remotely using Session Link Pro as the bridge to global studios.
• High-End Sound Design: craft bespoke SFX, Foley, and immersive textures to elevate visuals.
• Music Curation: source and edit tracks to fit mood and pace; light composition or arrangement is a plus.
• Collaborative Sync: align with the Argentina sound team to share practices and standards.
• Technical Delivery: deliver final mixes and stems meeting global broadcast and social standards.
