Job summary

Cadmatic Oy is seeking a Solution Engineer to configure, customize, and develop Cadmatic Wave for marine and related industries. The role offers remote or hybrid work across Central Europe, with visits to customer sites as needed.

You will deploy Cadmatic Wave, tailor it to client workflows, gather requirements, and coordinate with solution consultants. Travel to customer sites may be required to ensure successful implementations and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in PLM implementation, consulting, or software configuration.
• Experience in software customization to client-specific needs.
• Knowledge in requirements engineering, creating requirement specifications and writing user stories.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Support technical deployment of Cadmatic Wave in customer environments.
• Develop customer-specific enhancements that extend system capabilities beyond the core product.
• Configure and customize Cadmatic Wave to align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with clients and solution consultants to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Act as the technical point of contact, ensuring clear communication and trusted partnerships.
• Oversee system rollouts and data migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
• Provide feedback to R&D based on customer insights and project experiences.
