Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a JD, a US bar license, 3+ years of post‑JD litigation experience in shareholder/ LLC matters, and

Qualifications

Licensed US attorney with authorization to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of post-JD litigation experience, including shareholder and LLC disputes.
Demonstrated mastery in legal drafting for commercial litigation, including discovery and motion practice.

Responsibilities

Produce authentic litigation documents under senior direction, including motions, briefs, and related materials.
Draft rubric items with each submission detailing essential elements of a robust response to opposing counsel.
Incorporate senior feedback into subsequent drafts and track evolving case posture.
Maintain consistency in legal argumentation and strategy across multi-turn simulations.
Identify ambiguities or gaps and coordinate with project leadership for resolution.
Operate from public or synthetic patterns, avoiding client-confidential information.
Adapt to various document types and shifting project requirements as directed.
