Wilshire is a leading global financial services firm with a focus on private markets in Europe. The Senior Analyst will support evaluation, selection and monitoring of investments, gaining exposure to the full investment process in a collaborative, international setting.

You’ll participate in market research, manager evaluation, investment analysis, and committee materials, contributing to ongoing monitoring and development of research capabilities across the team.

Qualifications

• MSc. in finance, economics, engineering, or business-related studies.
• Internship and/or prior experience with a management consulting or financial services firm preferred (0-3 years of work experience).
• A self-starter who is hard working and results oriented.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline work and maintain high-quality outputs.

Responsabilités

• Support the evaluation, selection, and monitoring of private markets investments across Europe.
• Contribute to the full investment process, including manager evaluation and committee presentations.
• Assist with ongoing monitoring of private markets investments.
• Develop research capabilities and investment insights for the team.
