Socialdatabase in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Python) to own internal APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure, building scalable data services for enterprise clients.

You will work with Django/FastAPI, Postgres and Redis, and collaborate with data teams to optimize APIs and drive platform development for customers like Netflix and YouTube.

This remote-friendly role offers a hybrid setup with Amsterdam presence and opportunities to shape our backend stack.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in Python, with a strong proficiency in Django and/or FastAPI.
• Experience in DevOps with expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Linux and command-line operations is essential.
• Hands-on experience with databases, particularly Postgres and/or MySQL, is a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with OKD is a plus.
