APG Asset Management Amsterdam is seeking a Quant Developer to join the Real Estate analytics team. You will advance a data-driven analytics and LLM platform used in investment decisions, collaborating with PMs, researchers, and engineers across the global team.

The role emphasizes scalable data pipelines, robust data quality, and transparent modelling for a 50bn Real Estate portfolio, with hybrid work and global dataset integration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in quantitative disciplines (Math, Stats, CS)
• At least 5–8 years of relevant working experience in data engineering and analytics
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Git, and clean coding practices
• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, LLMs, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our data driven analytics and LLM platform used in investment decisions.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, and engineers to understand Real Estate investment processes and build high performance tooling.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and applications using Databricks; ensure system stability, data accuracy, and model transparency.
