APG Asset Management Amsterdam seeks a Quant Developer to join the Real Estate investment team. The role focuses on developing an award-winning analytics platform and supporting a 50bn Real Estate portfolio with scalable data products.

You will work across regions, building robust pipelines, leveraging Databricks, and deploying AI agents in investments. Strong maths, coding skills, and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in quantitative disciplines (Math, Stats, CS).
• 5-8 years of data engineering and analytics experience.
• Strong programming in Python, SQL, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, LLMs, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
• Excellent English communication and ability to collaborate across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance data driven analytics and LLM platform used in investments.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, and engineers to shape Real Estate analytics.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Databricks.
• Translate research into scalable, low maintenance information products.
• Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and model transparency.
