APG Asset Management Amsterdam is looking to hire a Quant Developer to join the Real Estate investment team. Reporting to the head of Research & Analytics Real Estate, the role is a pivotal element both in the further development of an award winning global Real Estate analytics platform and the investment process for a 50bn Real Estate portfolio. Leveraging a vast dataset with climate risk data, reputational risk dataset score financial datasets and historical decisions and investment assumptions, this analytics platform enables efficient bottom-up research on real estate investments and allows for efficient deployment of a growing number of AI agents.
This is an ideal role for candidates with a quantitative background, experience in financial data modelling with a strong focus on code scalability and robustness, and who want to learn more about the real estate market.
