Jobgether is partnering with a Netherlands-based company to seek a Video Editor / Storyboard Writer. This performance-focused role centers on storyboard development for paid social advertising, shaping the visual and narrative flow to drive measurable results.

You'll work with marketing, copywriting, and creative teams, crafting hooks and ad structures for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while using AI-powered tools to enhance production and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing storyboards for paid social ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Experience with DTC brands or UGC-style campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus.
• Excellent written English and concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, performance-driven storyboards for paid social ads.
• Specify actor actions and scenes for clear execution.
• Provide production guidance on stock footage, AI content, motion graphics.
• Develop hooks and ad structures for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Edit video content using Premiere Pro (and AE when needed).
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, creative teams; iterate based on data.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance production workflows.
• Manage multiple concepts with speed and quality.
