MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) is seeking a proven senior marketing lead to own paid client acquisition for a high-ticket coaching brand. You will direct paid media strategy across Meta, Google/YouTube, and Bing, own budgeting and forecasting, and drive end-to-end CRO, email, and creative direction.

The role reports to the CEO and offers a path to CMO for the right candidate. You will manage a team of copywriters, video editors, and a growth coordinator, and collaborate with external media
