Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group | B Corp™ is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own Netherlands payroll in a remote setup. You will manage end-to-end Netherlands payroll processing, ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across a fast-paced international environment.

You will act as the local payroll expert, collaborate with finance, tax, product, and operations, and contribute to process improvements and automation. The role requires strong NL payroll knowledge and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll for the Netherlands and related compliance.
• Strong understanding of NL payroll legislation, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems and data analysis to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Netherlands, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Act as the NL payroll expert across local legislation and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with finance, tax, product and operations on payroll-related initiatives.
• Support payroll automation, process improvements and system enhancements.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance risks.
• Contribute to scaling payroll operations in a growing global business.
