Job summary

BJAK is seeking mobile developers to build the AI Neobank app for Android and iOS. You will ship clean, reliable, intuitive mobile experiences, whether your main strength is Android, iOS or both.

You will collaborate with backend, design, product and AI teams to launch features and improve app quality. English is the working language; remote work, with Netherlands-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong mobile development experience in Android, iOS or both.
• Experience shipping production mobile apps used by real users.
• Good product sense, UX judgement and attention to edge cases.
• Able to work across APIs, releases, debugging and production issues.
• Hands‑on builder who can take ownership without heavy guidance.
• Clear evidence of shipped work: app links, GitHub, screenshots or project explanations.

Responsibilities

• Build mobile features across Android, iOS or cross-platform flows depending on your strength.
• Create clean journeys for onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX and AI-assisted features.
• Work from product problem to shipped mobile experience, not just assigned screens.
• Collaborate with backend, design, product and AI teams to launch reliable customer-facing features.
• Improve app quality through production feedback, analytics, crash reports and user behaviour.
• Help raise the standard for mobile UX, reliability and speed across the product.
