Job summary

BJAK is seeking experienced full stack engineers to build fast across BJAK's AI Neobank app. You will move across frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.

This role is fully remote but based in the Netherlands. You will collaborate with product, design, and operations to launch features rapidly while maintaining high quality and production reliability across fintech services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals and product sense.
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
• Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools and dashboards.
• Support products across financial services.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast.
• Integrate APIs, handle data flows and improve reliability.
• Use analytics and feedback to improve features after launch.
• Build tools that reduce manual work and speed across business.
