Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in data analysis, ML, and related quantitative work.
• 6+ years designing analytical and quantitative models.
• 6+ years transforming data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
• 6+ years applying AI/ML techniques to business challenges.
• Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and ML concepts.
• Ability to translate analytical results into practical recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Responsible and thoughtful approach to AI development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, validate, and evaluate ML models for business use cases.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and support data-driven decisions.
• Prepare, clean, normalize, structure, and organize data for modeling.
• Develop analytical models, data products, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Integrate ML models into applications and workflows.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, developers, and project teams.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across data science initiatives.
• Support development of full-stack analytics and AI applications when needed.
