Job summary

Monks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4 Capital plc. Monks builds products for clients and leads discovery, sets product direction, and translates fuzzy business needs into actionable roadmaps.

You will work inside a Monks delivery team as trusted advisor and primary product contact, partnering closely with engineering and design. We are all-in on agentic engineering, using tools like Claude Code and Codex, and seek leaders fluent in AI-powered product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for software or digital products, ideally including 0-to-1 work.
• A track record leading end-to-end discovery and turning operational needs into scalable requirements.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with web technologies, technical concepts, and APIs.
• Ability to ramp quickly on an unfamiliar domain.
• Goal-oriented, autonomous, and organized.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and strategy: run discovery, research, and analysis, and define the product direction and roadmap.
• Client partnership: serve as trusted advisor and primary product contact, surface competing needs early, and broker trade-offs.
• Delivery: define requirements, prioritize, and manage scope with engineering and design from idea through launch and adoption.
• Measurement: define the KPIs that matter and use data to drive iteration.
• Risk: spot risks to delivery early and drive mitigation.
