UpScrolled is seeking an IT Administrator on a contract basis to manage identity and access across core SaaS platforms, enforce RBAC and MFA, and support onboarding and offboarding. The role is remote-first, with three days per week max, and reports to the Head of Engineering.

• Experience administering IAM, RBAC, SSO, MFA for a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage onboarding and offboarding in a remote-first company.
• Strong documentation practices for access logs and policies.

Aufgaben

• Administer user accounts across all UpScrolled platforms and manage access levels.
• Enforce RBAC and minimum permissions; deprovision on departure.
• Configure SSO integrations and MFA across the org.
• Manage groups, distribution lists, and VPN access.
• Maintain inventory and renewal dates for SaaS licenses; optimize costs.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and device provisioning.
• Monitor security alerts and maintain audit logs; GDPR considerations.
