All Your BI is a remote-first data agency based in Rotterdam. We’re hiring an Internal Communications Manager to turn messy briefs into clear messages across the company, from town halls to FAQs.

You’ll own our internal voice, craft engaging content, and shape how change lands for a distributed team. With 4–5 years in communications and a strong eye for tone and structure, you’ll collaborate across Europe, build presentations, edit videos, and help maintain the People Handbook and Confluence

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in internal communications, content creation, or closely related field.
• Fluency in English with tone, subtext and register instinctively.
• Content creation including visuals: presentations, video edits, and AI-assisted work.
• Ability to spot confusion, overly long or overly corporate text and fix it.
• Ownership: manage pieces end to end with minimal hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Own our internal communication voice across company updates and Town Halls.
• Turn messy briefs into clear messages with right words, structure and length.
• Design and deliver Town Halls; prepare presenters and run sessions.
• Coordinate company-wide communications; keep People Handbook and Confluence spaces easy to use.
• Create varied formats: videos, slides, and live sessions as needed.
• Track how communications land and iterate for better impact.
• Provide some L&D support and help maintain Udemy setup.
