Job summary

Siemens Energy in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive Sales Bid Specialist to support the Sales team by crafting competitive offers for HV transmission products. You will respond to customer requests, align technical and commercial needs, and ensure bids reflect the strategic goals of our energy transition.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience in the electricity/transmission sector.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information.
• Proactive, sales-oriented approach with out-of-the-box thinking.
• Willingness to develop through Siemens Learning programs.

• Prepare smart offers aligned with technical and commercial needs.
