Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks an HR Data & Automation Engineer (Project Based) based in the Netherlands. The role focuses on cleaning and reconciling employee master data and historical leave records, and building automated workflows for leave requests, approvals, and balance tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning, reconciling, and structuring complex HR datasets.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and master data management.
• Hands-on Google Workspace automation (Forms and Sheets).
• Knowledge of data quality, ownership, governance and access controls.
• Ability to design auditable, scalable HR processes across countries.
• Ability to manage a fixed-scope project end-to-end.
• Portfolio of HR data/automation projects.
• Willingness to sign NDA and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Review HR data sources to identify duplicates and quality issues.
• Define standardized employee master-data structure and rules.
• Aggregate and reconcile historical leave records from multiple sources.
• Design a future-state leave management workflow with automations.
• Establish ownership, access controls, and audit trails.
• Document data structures and workflows for replication across branches.
• Deliver project artifacts within scope and timeline.
