HUP Network is a fast-growing performance advertising startup seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its network through identifying and developing new partnerships across the performance marketing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, affiliate marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Strong ability to identify, approach, and qualify new partners independently.
• Proven track record in outreach, negotiations, and deal progression.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Commercial mindset with ability to assess revenue potential and fit.
• Highly organized with strong CRM and follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research new business opportunities for the network.
• Build and manage a pipeline of advertisers, agencies, publishers, and networks.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, conferences, and other channels.
• Qualify opportunities and move them toward signed agreements or handover.
• Negotiate terms such as CPA, CPL, rev-share, payouts, and caps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and onboarding.
