Micro1 is seeking highly skilled full‑stack software engineers for an AI training project. You will work across front‑end and back‑end components, build features, APIs, and data models, and translate code across languages in a fully remote, contractor role.

You will review AI-generated solutions for correctness, performance, and security while collaborating across unfamiliar codebases. Flexible hours, ~15 hours per week, worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building production full‑stack apps.
• Hands‑on across frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience with multiple programming languages in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and debug front‑end and back‑end components.
• Implement user‑facing features and APIs and data models.
• Trace requests across browsers, apps, APIs, services, databases.
• Navigate unfamiliar repositories and learn existing architecture.
• Diagnose failures in state, contracts, auth, persistence, networking, deploy.
• Evaluate and improve code in several languages.
• Review AI-generated solutions for quality and security.
