Henkel in Amsterdam is offering a full-time internship within our global Packaging Transparency transformation program. You will engage with international suppliers to collect packaging data, coordinate onboarding, and monitor progress across KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills are required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Interest in sustainability and procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a global Packaging Transparency transformation program.
• Engage with international suppliers to collect packaging data.
• Coordinate supplier communication and onboarding activities.
• Monitor project KPIs and data collection progress.
• Consolidate, validate and analyze packaging specification data.
• Support development of digital tools and reporting dashboards.
• Prepare communication materials, trainings and project updates.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sustainability, Packaging Engineering and Digital teams.
• Help improve compliance readiness for future sustainability regulations.
• Gain hands-on experience in a global strategic procurement project.
