Job summary

Henkel is offering a full-time internship in the BeNeLux region focused on global Supply Chain Planning transformation. You will assist in data analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.

The role targets Master's students with strong analytical skills, fluent English, and knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus. The internship includes a monthly allowance and hybrid work options within an international FMCG setting.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Ops, MBA, Engineering, Data Analytics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks globally.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Interest in supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory management, and digital transformation.
  • Able to translate data insights into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What you’ll do
