You will work independently, providing clear, actionable technical feedback to ensure accuracy, realism, reproducibility, and reliable evaluation criteria. Remote freelance engagement with hourly compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience with AWS Trainium architecture, including model compilation and accelerator optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Neuron Kernel Interface (NKI) frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for rigorous testing of complex scenarios.
• Attention to detail for identifying performance, execution, and logical issues.
• Ability to assess tasks against accuracy, realism, reproducibility, and evaluative criteria.
• Excellent written communication for precise, actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AWS Trainium and NKI tasks for technical accuracy, realism, solvability, and test coverage.
• Review model compilation workflows and accelerator optimization approaches.
• Assess NKI tasks and kernel execution scenarios for issues and inconsistencies.
• Identify hardware acceleration inefficiencies and kernel execution bugs.
• Test and troubleshoot complex scenarios to validate behavior and outcomes.
• Provide actionable technical feedback to improve task quality.
• Apply expertise to ensure training/evaluation workflows meet high standards.
• Document findings consistently across tasks.
