Jobgether, in collaboration with a partner company, is seeking a Game Discovery Producer based in the Netherlands. You will identify promising mobile game ideas and turn concepts into testable opportunities using data-driven methods and AI-powered tools.

You will work at the intersection of game discovery, product analysis, market research, and internal tooling, shaping which ideas move forward and how future products are developed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience in roles such as Game Designer, Game Producer, Product Manager, or Publishing Manager.
• Strong understanding of the mobile games market and broad gaming knowledge.
• Ability to analyze a game and understand why it works or could succeed.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to use them in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Research the mobile gaming market to identify promising games, mechanics, trends, and opportunities.
• Work with internal AI-powered systems to discover and analyze game concepts.
• Evaluate discovered games and determine which ideas should move forward for testing.
• Explain why a concept has potential or why it should be rejected.
• Analyze gameplay, visuals, marketability, competitors, and adaptation potential.
• Compare predictions with real-world test results and identify discrepancies.
