Job summary

Leaseweb operates a remote-first engineering organization with about 90 engineers, distributed across teams that include Shared Hosting and Engineering Productivity. The role leads cross-functional teams of front-end and back-end engineers, working fully remotely with in-person HQ meetups in Amsterdam twice a year.

• Experience leading cross-functional software teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and mentor the team of software and system engineers.
• Promote Agile principles and raise the team’s maturity.
• Partner with the Product Owner to shape the team’s roadmap and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead, facilitate and manage delivery of cross-team initiatives.
• Provide clear updates on delivery progress and team health.
