Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently studying Finance or Accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel; interest in automation is a plus.
• Reliable, accurate, and able to handle confidential information.
• Preferred start date: February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and support approval workflows.
• Support employee expense processing.
• Assist in preparing supplier payments.
• Help create and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Support reconciliation of bank transactions and financial records.
• Support monthly reporting and basic financial analysis.
• Assist with data preparation for management reporting.
• Help monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
• Identify inefficiencies in finance processes and suggest improvements.
• Support automation initiatives (tooling, workflows, AI applications).
• Assist in improving documentation and standardisation of processes.
• Support the team during month-end closing activities.
• Assist on ad-hoc finance projects (systems, audit preparation).
