Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the Netherlands to deliver field service support for life-science instruments across BeNeLux. The role requires travel, remote support capability, and collaboration with the EU Central Field Service Manager.

The candidate will perform installations, service, repair and preventative maintenance, ensuring high service levels and quick on-site troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry-related work experience in a field service role.
• Strong mechanical, electronics and electrical knowledge with fault-detection skills.
• Customer-focused, capable of clear communication and working independently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service support including installations, repairs and preventative maintenance for Molecular Devices instruments.
• Manage assigned service inquiries, repairs, installations and OQ schedules with ownership from start to finish.
• Travel within BeNeLux region and occasional training trips, with primary BeNeLux coverage.
