Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for customer issues online or offline.
• Respond quickly to customer complaints, visiting if necessary.
• Follow RMA in CRM and record returns.
• Service planning for customer visits next week.
• Weekly meetings to review issues and RMA.
• Generate monthly reports regarding service work.
• Ensure good communication and relationships with customers.
