Boston Scientific Corporation is seeking a senior marketing and product management professional to drive the Endoscopy portfolio strategy for the Central Western Cluster (Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg). • Several years of product management or strategic marketing experience in medical technology.
• Strong technical and clinical understanding with an interest in innovative medical devices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned markets; residence inGermany or the Netherlands.
• Fluency in German, Dutch and English; French is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Take strategic ownership of Endoscopy portfolio across the Central Western Cluster (Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg).
• Develop and execute regional marketing and growth strategies; translate European strategies into market-specific priorities.
• Systematically analyze market dynamics, competitive developments, customer needs, and clinical/technological trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and manage product launches and strategic marketing initiatives from market positioning to execution.
• Collaborate with sales, European marketing and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into actions and ensure execution.
• Strategically manage the portfolio throughout the product life cycle using performance data and market insights.
