Job summary

Ultimo is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end EAM/CMMS implementations for European clients from a remote/hybrid setup. You’ll translate business needs into practical configurations, run workshops, and guide customers from analysis to go-live.

The role requires 3+ years in EAM/CMMS, excellent English, and willingness to travel 20–30%. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing SaaS company and help shape Ultimo’s implementation approach.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing EAM/CMMS solutions.
• Experience in consulting or project-driven environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English and able to work internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EAM implementations from analysis to go-live.
• Lead workshops and guide customers toward best-practice asset and maintenance processes.
• Translate business needs into scalable Ultimo configurations.
• Configure workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting in the platform.
• Run multiple projects in parallel while maintaining scope, quality and timelines.
• Enable users through training and hands-on support during adoption.
• Collaborate with consulting peers, product teams, and support.
• Share insights to evolve Ultimo’s implementation approach.
