Job summary

Ultimo is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end EAM/CMMS implementations for European clients from a remote/hybrid setup. You’ll translate business needs into practical configurations, run workshops, and guide customers from analysis to go-live.

The role requires 3+ years in EAM/CMMS, excellent English, and willingness to travel 20–30%. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing SaaS company and help shape Ultimo’s implementation approach.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing EAM/CMMS solutions.
• Experience in consulting or project-driven environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English and able to work internationally.

Your impact

As anImplementation Consultant at Ultimo, you help customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations using a best‑in‑class EAM platform. You work closely with customer stakeholders and internal experts to design, configure, and deliver solutions that actually get adopted.

This role is ideal if you:

• Have3+ years of experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions
  (Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM, or similar)
• Enjoy working in a consulting or project‑driven environment
• Understand maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts
• Like combining business insight with technical configuration
• Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
• Are fluent in English and comfortable working internationally
• Take ownership, act proactively, and genuinely care about customer success
• You are legally allowed to work in the UK, NL, DE or BE, that is the country you are also located in whilst applying for this role(we unfortunately don’t provide sponsorship for this role in any of these countries, nor do we provide relocation packages).
• You are happy to travel to client sites when necessary (this is 20/30%)
