Next Job Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking professionals to work remotely from Greece within an international customer service team supporting well-known brands. Training is provided, and you’ll join projects across diverse channels while helping customers with inquiries and solutions.

Role offers full-time remote work from Greece, relocation support, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses as you grow with multiple global brands.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English.
• At least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in Greece.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently living abroad.
• Able to work remotely from Greece.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email and/or chat.
• Respond to enquiries and help customers find suitable solutions.
• Answer questions about products and services or provide technical assistance, depending on the project.
• Deliver helpful, professional and customer-focused support.
• Cooperate with an international team while working remotely from Greece.
