Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking professionals to work remotely from Greece as part of an international customer service team. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, and provide support across projects for global brands.

Training is provided, with relocation support and opportunities to grow within an international environment. The role enables living in Thessaloniki or other Greek locations while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English.
• Able to work remotely from Greece.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently living abroad.
• Eligible to work in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email and/or chat.
• Respond to enquiries and help customers find suitable solutions.
• Answer questions about products and services or provide technical assistance, depending on the project.
• Deliver helpful, professional and customer-focused support.
• Cooperate with an international team while working remotely from Greece.
